Everything we haul, start to finish
Whether it’s a one-bedroom over a Madisonville storefront, an old place down an Earlington lane, or a four-bedroom rolling out on I-69, all eight of our lines run on the same salaried crew and the same habit — the flat rate is on paper before we start. Each link opens the rate, what’s bundled in, and the Pennyrile-specific wrinkles we work around.
Our eight lines
- Local moves — hourly crews of two or three across Hopkins County, $128 or $178 an hour, pads and dollies bundled in.
- Long-distance moves — one locked interstate figure in writing, running I-69 and the Western Kentucky Parkway toward Owensboro, Bowling Green and past them; whoever loads the truck is whoever unloads it.
- Residential moves — houses in Madisonville and Nortonville and farmhouses down the gravel county roads.
- Apartment and condo moves — walk-ups downtown and elevator buildings where a COI has to be filed and the lift reserved.
- Full-pack service — a crew that shows with the cartons, wraps everything in paper, packs the wardrobe boxes, and carries it all out to the truck.
- Piano and specialty — upright pianos, gun safes, farmhouse heirlooms and the other heavy, unwieldy items, worked two-to-a-piece with proper straps and padding.
- Short-term storage — when the sale and the purchase don’t sync up, your things wait by the week in our fenced, alarmed Manitou warehouse.
- Commercial and office moves — storefronts and retail floors, medical and dental practices, and offices of any size.
The way we price it
In town, you’re on the clock, and once that first hour’s behind us we bill only the time we actually put in. Cross a state line and it flips to a written flat total, settled and signed before one box is aboard. The tricky items — muscling an upright up a flight, running a shuttle down a gravel lane, easing a safe through a farmhouse doorway — are itemized on the estimate ahead of time, so nothing jumps out at you on the day.
Wondering which line is yours?
Give us a call whenever, or feed the details into the free quote form. Usually one short conversation settles it — Gail runs through your bedroom count, the way in, your timing, and whether a shuttle or a COI is in the mix.
