In-town jobs, on the hour
- Studio or one-bedroom: a two-man crew across roughly 3–5 hours — call it $400–$610 at the $128 rate.
- Two-bedroom: two movers across about 5–8 hours — somewhere near $700–$1,080.
- Three-bedroom: bring in a third at $178/hr for 6–10 hours — figure $1,160–$1,820.
- Four bedrooms and up, or a full house: usually a flat all-day job, landing around $1,900–$3,000 after we weigh the volume and the access.
What’s baked into that hourly number
The rate already carries the crew and their wages, the truck, the drive out from the yard, and every pad, dolly, wardrobe box and roll of shrink-wrap aboard. Fuel and travel aren’t extra, and ordinary stairs or a working elevator don’t move the total.
