Privacy, the plain-spoken version
Read a few pages here or send in a quote and the site notes a little along the way. What follows lays out the whole of it — the pieces we collect, our reason, who ever sees them, and how you wipe them — with no runaround. Anything unclear goes straight to us on the contact page.
The one thing we won’t do
We don’t sell your information. Not to lead-gen shops, not to listing directories, not to broker networks, and nobody here pockets a finder’s fee for passing it along.
If a rival mover phones you out of the blue already knowing your move, the leak didn’t spring from this office — that’s simply not how we work.
What lands on file
- Your quote-form entries — a contact number, the pickup and drop addresses, the floor and building type, the date you’re aiming at, and whatever else steers the flat rate.
- Headcount-style page stats — which Pennyrile pages draw traffic, never stitched back to any one visitor.
- A brief note of your call — the day you rang and the price we quoted; we don’t hang onto any recording.
The short list of who else sees it
- A payment processor runs any deposit, which keeps a full card number off our own machines entirely.
- Our insurer hears only a building name and address, and only when a property manager wants a COI.
- Nobody beyond those two. No data brokers; remarketing stops at plain analytics.
Wiping your file
Prefer we didn’t keep your form details on hand? Tell us on the contact page and it’s cleared within five business days, with a note back to confirm it’s done.
Cookies, and any changes
Two small files, no more — one holds your session, one feeds basic analytics; clear them whenever you like and the quote form works just the same. Anything meaningful that shifts on this page gets a fresh date, and we’ll let anyone with an open quote know directly.
